Kenn Rashad

Kenn Rashad is a results oriented professional with over 16 years experience in sales and Internet marketing. Kenn developed a strong business background working on a number of Internet marketing ventures and private consulting projects.

In 1997 he created TSPNsports.com after discovering a lack of online media coverage on HBCU (Historically Black Colleges & Universities) sports programs by mainstream media outlets. TSPNsports.com would eventually become one of the largest and most highly trafficked HBCU sports information site on the Web.

Kenn’s efforts have gained the attention of media outlets throughout the U.S. which include special guest appearances on a number of radio and TV sports programs. While nurturing the growth of TSPNsports.com, Kenn worked as a sales executive and consultant for IT companies such as McAfee, AT&T, Verio and ReachLocal. In addition to managing the activities of TSPNsports.com, Kenn is also president of Rashad Interactive, LLC, a Dallas area based Internet marketing and consulting services firm.

A native of Inglewood, California, Kenn received his B.A. in Mass Communications from Grambling State University.

Traci Ellis
Co-Founder & Chief Legal Officer

Traci has been practicing law for more than 17 years, and is now President and Principal Attorney at Traci D. Ellis, Esq. LLC.

Prior to going into private practice, she was General Counsel for a corporation that had a related nonprofit foundation.  She has also advised several nonprofit companies in her practice.

Traci received her Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University, College of Law, and earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida A&M University, School of Business & Industry. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Cobb County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in both Georgia and Illinois.

Eric N. Moore
Chief Project Development Officer

A native of Durham, North Carolina, Moore has over 40 years experience in the communications industry including multimedia operations, production, marketing and public relations.

After 23 years as a faculty member at Ohio University and Fayetteville State University where he also served as Director of the school’s Telecommunications Center, he retired.

Moore now devotes his time to college athletics, managing the websites for several conferences and schools. His firm, The Onnidan Group also provides statistical services for various athletic events and media organizations.

Moore has a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications from N.C. State University and a Master’s Degree in Electronic Media Management from Ohio University. He is an Air Force veteran who managed a communication production facility and two American Forces Radio Stations while on active duty.
